The ongoing conflict between Israel and Palestine has been making headlines worldwide. The world watches this carefully orchestrated narrative of Israel as the ‘villain’, oblivious to the erosion of truth, the projection of blame, and the smear campaigns that fire up this misleading and distorted narrative…

I keep asking myself this question: Why do I feel the need to express my personal views and opinions about this topic? The answer(s) come(s) swiftly: Because the injustice that occurred (and is still occurring) still saddens me, still angers me and it will never stop to profoundly disgust me. As a survivor, I recognise the patterns of manipulation and dehumanisation that accompany narcissistic abuse and I see the exact same dynamics at play on a larger scale… And finally, because no matter how many times I say “I’m done talking about narcissism” I look around me and I see the fucking narcissism and sociopathy; I see the cruelty, not just in personal relationships, but in societal narratives that twist facts to suit an agenda. Because, this type of blatant disregard for human dignity, sparks an urgency in my heart to fucking express myself about it.

The Music Stopped by Monsters in Human Form.

On 7 October 2023, out of nowhere, the lives of actual humans were stolen by monsters, by cowards. Pain, suffering, injustice and an imaginable cruelty. Out of nowhere, entire families were massacred, people, just like you and me, were tortured, raped, murdered… People, actual fucking human beings, were kidnapped and those who were left behind still fucking waiting their loved ones to return back to them…

This is precisely what happened to Israel one year ago, and it’s still happening. The facts that took place will never change, regardless of the cowards and the traitors —who unfortunately exist in every country—who are desperately trying to erase or rewrite history.

Survivor’s Insight: Recognising Abuse, Again.

I am a survivor of narcissistic abuse. Yes, I’m a fucking nobody. At the same time, I’m still fucking here, I am a somebody. No, I am not an Israeli— I’m not even Jewish— and yet seeing Israel painted as the ‘villain’, for the very injustices it endures, triggers a visceral reaction within me; It reminds me of the insidiousness of gaslighting, where the truth is twisted and where the victim’s experiences are dismissed or invalidated…

The relentless scapegoating of Israel—the constant accusations made without the slightest acknowledgment of the deep-rooted pain and suffering Israel has endured—makes me recognise once more the lack of emotional empathy, the absence of conscience, and the desperate, almost pathetic efforts to flip the narrative and erode the truth. I recognise the projection, the smear campaigns, the objectification of actual human beings, all wrapped in a stunning absence of basic human compassion. I see all of this—and more—and I recognise the same abusive tactics, the same manipulative shitshow that every narcissistic abuse survivor, myself included, has had to survive.

A narcissist’s ‘logic’: “How dare you resist when I am trying to kill you?!”

The abuser, seeking to control, projects their own misdeeds onto the real victim (aka Israel) and accuses them of being the perpetrator. The victim, in self-defence, fights back only to be further blamed for the very actions they took to protect themselves, while the true aggressor hides behind a veil of ‘victimhood.’ It’s a classic ‘reverse victim-offender’ tactic, a vicious cycle of manipulation and distortion to which, unfortunately, I’m very well aware.

A stranger with very bad intentions invades your home, harms your family, the people you love, and you fight back.. Does that make you the ‘bad’ guy? Does that make you the ‘aggressor’? Absolutely NOT. Not in my book, at least. In my book, it makes you a responsible person, a courageous person, a fucking logical and brave person. Every action has a reaction. Your reaction is not an act of “aggression”, its actually an act of prudence, common sense and fucking sanity.

The Narcissist’s Twisted Logic Continues: Resisting is the ‘Crime’.

As for those who feel the need to preach ‘How dare you fight back?!’ and choose to prioritise the real aggressor’s ‘trauma’ over the genuine victim’s pain (Israel), labelling the abuser as the ‘victim’ and the real victim as the ‘abuser’, these are the same people who wear their ‘sensitivity’ like a badge. These are the same fucking hypocrites, who proudly declare and advertise their ‘sensitivity’ and their ‘niceness’, and yet their supposed “empathy” never fucking extends to the actual victims; instead, it’s often directed towards the abusers and the monsters.

The pain that Israel faced one year ago today, inflicted by cockroaches in human form— the destruction, the loss of so many innocent lives, the rapes, the tortures, the massacre of humans who never harmed anyone— has been and continues to be so frequently and disgustingly dismissed and downplayed by all those far-left, woke, “sensitive” pro-Hamas ‘protestors’, by anti–Semitic, hypocritical and frankly stupid celebrities, who clearly without a script can’t even fucking think or feel any genuine though or emotion… And what’s the response when Israel, very logically, tries to defend its population? More gaslighting, more lies, more rewriting of history, and of course MORE manipulation and projection. It is insane and disgusting. It is narcissism…

The Truth DOES matter. The Pattern Never Changes, Just the Target.

Israel— unlike Sharia and unlike your imaginary “Palestine”— is a democratic nation that values freedom, human rights, and the rule of law, even as it battles those who seek to strip it of those very same values. It is a nation that allows freedom of speech, the freedom to be and doesn’t want to fucking murder you because you are gay, or a woman, or a trans person, or because you don’t believe in God, or because you follow the “wrong” religion, or because you “dare” to express your desire for respect, freedom and autonomy. Israel wants you to have respect, freedom, and autonomy! Surrounded by enemies, Israel keeps reaching out in peace again and again, but their response is more unreasonable demands, more inhumane violence, and more vicious fanatic hatred.

Why? Because unfortunately, Israel is dealing with narcissists and if I know something well is this: You can’t reason with Narcissists. No matter how many times you’ll try to explain to them that the sky is blue, they’ll continue to see fucking red. Their entitled and frankly pathetic view of “what’s mine is mine and what’s yours is also mine” will never change.

Israel Stands Strong — And I stand In Awe.

I am a survivor of narcissistic abuse and I stand with Israel; not because it’s a ‘perfect’ nation— no nation is — but because it’s a nation that is striving to do the right thing, even in the face of such adversity, even when it’s fucking bleeding. Yes, I do stand with Israel, a nation that embodies the resilience of the human spirit and the unwavering right to self-protection. I stand with Israel because for me truth matters. Standing with Israel is about standing up against narcissistic abuse, manipulation, and gaslighting. Standing with Israel is simply a stance for compassion and at the same time, a radical rejection of inhumane, abusive, revolting, and vile actions by cowards and monsters that disregard the fundamental rights of others and perpetuate suffering.

Yes, you fight back and I want you to remember— I hope you’ll remember— that the blame always lies solely with those who perpetuate aggression, NOT with the ones who seek only to defend and protect themselves and their families. I want you to remember that self-defence is not ‘cruelty’, and truth is not ‘hate’. It is not ‘immoral’ to protect your life, your loved ones, or your people. What’s immoral is standing silent while monsters rewrite reality…

Finally, I want you to remember —I hope you’ll remember— that the music might be stopped by the monsters, but our song will never be silenced. And that melody—the one that’s full of hope and light—does live on, especially inside the hearts of those who danced that crazy dance before…
